creative roadblocks, Ann's background in
interior design and floral arranging was key.
Her endless ideas enabled us to come up with
solutions that fit our style and most
importantly, our budget. She took me shopping
and showed me various options on ways to add
color and elegance to our outdoor wedding. Her
selection of lighting from candles to white
lights, as well as her addition of tulle and
greenery, set the mood for a classy affair. She
even took me shopping for jewelry for my
bridesmaids, helping me select unique pieces
that worked within our budget.
With 26 people in our wedding, a bagpiper and
the groom's entrance on a boat, we knew our
wedding would be a logistic challenge for any
coordinator. Ann cleared that hurdle with ease.
And on the day of the wedding, the ceremony went
off without a hitch. My groom arrived by boat,
the bagpiper played on cue, and the guests were
blown away by the romance of it all.
As the rest of us were sipping champagne and
snapping photos, Ann handled the vendors and
other logistics with ease... As the sun began to
set, she ensured the candles were lit outside
around the tables to create the mood we wanted
for our wedding. As the moon rose, she quietly
ensured a cigar bar was being set-up near the
beach so guests could enjoy the night-time
beauty of Lake Tahoe. All of the small details
that made our day special would have been a
headache for any bride or her family without an
